Job Title: Scheduling Agent

Position Overview:
Avô Transportation & Language Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduling Agent to coordinate transportation services and language support appointments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by efficiently managing schedules, communicating with clients and service providers, and resolving scheduling conflicts in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services and language interpretation/translation appointments
- Communicate with clients, drivers, interpreters, and internal team members to confirm bookings and updates
- Monitor daily schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or urgent requests
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of scheduling systems and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to scheduling inquiries
- Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally
- Track and report no-shows, cancellations, and service issues
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or logistics preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and general computer applications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
