- Develops procurement documents (PWS, IGCE, QASP, J and A, D and F, source selection plans)
- Advises on acquisition strategies and compliance with statutes, regulations, and DoD/Army policy. Tracks contract spend, burn rate, funding levels, and contractor labor rates.
- Reviews contracts and deliverables for compliance with FAR and PWS requirements. Evaluates contractor performance, funding execution, and compliance with regulations.
- Supports short and long term procurement planning and organizational goals. Identifies inconsistencies, risks, or inefficiencies in contract processes.
- Compiles data for DA/DoD taskers and validates manpower/budget submissions (PDC, CMRA). Analyzes transactions in GFEBS and assists users with financial system issues.
- Conducts in depth reviews of contract progress and recommends corrective actions. Serves as COR to monitor contractor performance and compliance. Ensures contract awards meet timelines and regulatory requirements.
