EW Platform Lead The Opportunity: As the technical lead for a portable Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyber hardware platform, you will guide a multi-disciplinary team to design and develop the core software architecture that empowers end users to deploy advanced RF capabilities in support of mission objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in translating customer requirements into robust, scalable solutions that enhance and extend existing platform functionality. You will collaborate closely with engineers from various backgrounds—hardware, software, RF, and cybersecurity—to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The world can’t wait.  You Have: 5+ years of experience performing systems design and development Experience leading technical teams using Agile Scrum methodologies Experience with containerized solutions Experience with embedded hardware systems Experience with Git version control Knowledge of digital RF concepts and components of a Software Defined Radio (SDR) Knowledge of Linux distributions, including RedHat or Rocky Linux Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence Experience with digital RF sampling, modulations, error correction, or compression Experience with AI Code Generation Experience with EW and Cyber operations or tool development Knowledge of the CMOSS, VICTORY, and MORA standards Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
