What You’ll Do Every morning, you’ll lead a team that delivers a welcoming, clean, and delicious breakfast experience for our guests. You’ll inspire your team, maintain high standards, and help create memorable stays that keep guests coming back. Responsibilities Leading and developing the breakfast team Creating an outstanding guest experience every day Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation Ordering food and supplies while controlling costs Scheduling staff efficiently to meet business needs Ensuring compliance with food safety and Marriott standards Maintaining a clean, organized breakfast area Helping the hotel achieve outstanding guest satisfaction scores, including Intent to Recommend and Breakfast Service/Food Quality We’re Looking For Someone Who Loves taking care of people Leads by example with a positive attitude Enjoys coaching and developing others Is organized and detail-oriented Thrives in a fast-paced environment Takes ownership and solves problems Understands that every guest interaction matters Hospitality or restaurant leadership experience is preferred, but if you’re an enthusiastic leader with a passion for service, we want to hear from you.
