Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct compassionate, comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing function
• Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans that empower patients to reach their goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallowing outcomes
• Document patient progress with precision, maintaining compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, patients, and families to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
• Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CFY eligibility
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in patients' lives

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Skilled in patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
• Proficient in swallowing therapy and dysphagia management
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable problem-solving in a fast-paced rehab environment
