Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility
Current BLS certification
Current nursing license in the state
Ability to manage PICC lines
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in long-term care
Travel experience with renewals preferred
Must be able to work holidays and every other weekend
Must be able to work at least 4 out of 8 shifts

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and develop treatment plans
Monitor patient health and administer medications
Communicate patient health progress to families and healthcare team
Supervise support staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records
