Overview Estimator - Site Development | $100K-$170K | Hiring ASAP. I\'m working with a rapidly growing site development contractor known for top-tier work in land grading, clearing, and drainage solutions. They\'ve built a solid reputation for precision, reliability, and long-term partnerships—especially with national homebuilders. From farmland and neighborhoods to commercial pads and warehouses, this team is shaping the Southeast\'s landscape one project at a time. They\'re looking to hire a Senior Estimator who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities Estimate site development projects (subdivisions, warehouses, retail, etc.). Demonstrate strong knowledge of dirt work, utilities, and infrastructure layout. Collaborate with project teams to produce accurate estimates and drive value. Support bid preparation and post-bid analysis as needed. Qualifications 10+ years of experience preferred, but open to less for the right fit. HCSS experience is a major plus. No degree required; real-world experience matters more.
