Music School Receptionist - Part Time (Southwest Austin, TX)

Job Opportunity at Ensemble Performing ArtsEnsemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer The Musician's Woodshed - Lake Travis, our music school in Southwest Austin, TX. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.The hours for this position are Thursdays from 3:30pm-8pm and Saturdays from 12-5pm. There is a high chance of adding more hours in the near future.Primary responsibilities include:Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on scheduleResponding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and familiesInterfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedulesGeneral administrative tasks as neededThe successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.Pay will be commensurate with experience and a range of $15-$17/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
