Lakeland Regional Health is seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty Member to help shape the next generation of physicians in our growing Family Medicine Residency Program . This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical practice with teaching and mentorship in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Highlights include:

Position Highlights

• Serve as Core Faculty for a 24-resident program.

• Engage in inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, and prenatal care .

• Participate in curriculum development, resident supervision, and scholarly activities.

• Work in a 910-bed hospital , home to one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the country.

• Dedicated recently constructed continuity clinic

• Access to on-site research support and academic resources.

• Academic appointment to affiliated medical schools

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine .

• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring residents and medical students

• Commitment to evidence-based, full-spectrum family medicine.

Qualifications: Must be board certified/board eligible through ABMS or AOA. Must have a current Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one.
