We’re partnering with a global, multi-billion-dollar logistics organization to launch a brand-new U.S. operation supporting a major tech client. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a high-visibility, long-term program with significant investment in growth, leadership, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
- Own and oversee all inventory control functions within a new distribution/fulfillment environment
- Establish and refine inventory processes, systems, and reporting from the ground up
- Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting programs, and root cause analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, systems, and client stakeholders
- Lead and develop inventory team members while building a high-performance culture
- Support change management initiatives as systems and processes evolve rapidly
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, KPIs, and client expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in inventory management within a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment
- Strong systems knowledge (WMS experience highly preferred)
- Experience in startup environments or leading through change is a major plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
- Ability to move quickly, adapt, and make decisions in a fast-changing environment
