Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related\n0–2 years of experience (internships count) in construction, engineering, or project environments\nStrong Excel skills (formulas, data tracking, organization)\nExperience or exposure to invoicing / billing / cost tracking\nStrong attention to detail & ability to handle repetitive tasks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Internship or exposure to project controls / cost engineering\nExperience with Power BI or data tools\nFamiliarity with cost systems / ERP tools

Job Description

Support day-to-day cost control and project administration activities\nAssist with invoice processing, tracking, and reconciliation\nMaintain and update Excel trackers and cost reports\nTrack project spend, budgets, and cost data\nSupport change orders and budget adjustments in internal systems\nCoordinate with project managers, cost engineers, and field teams\nAssist with weekly/monthly reporting for project leadership\nHelp organize project documentation and support administrative needs
