Travel Pre-Op Registered Nurse - $1,942 per week

Job Details TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Preoperative for a travel nursing job in Seattle, Washington. Specialty: Preoperative Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/04/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Administer pre‑surgery medicine if necessary, evaluate admission documents, identify emergency procedures, and adhere to pre‑operation policies and procedures. Coordinate nursing care, including collection and analysis of assessment data, determination of nursing diagnoses, identification of expected outcomes, and development of plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team members. Provide basic bedside care. Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment. Provide IV therapy. Maintain supplies and medical equipment. Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies. Qualifications 1‑2 years recent acute care experience. BLS certification, 1 year (additional certifications may be required before assignment). Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean and stoop for long periods; ability to lift 20 pounds, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Stress coping skills and ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.
