Join a team of 10 physicians and 14 APPs (3 EP physicians) Practice setting: mix of procedures, outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology/Electrophysiology Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Champion the care team experience for loved ones Facilitate practice growth and quality care Collaborate with colleagues to foster a highly efficient practice model About the Facility Sacred Heart Hospital was founded by the Daughters of Charity in 1915. While our technology has improved dramatically, and the buildings have grown and expanded, our commitment to the mission remains steadfast: to provide excellent health care to all people, with special attention to the poor and vulnerable. 566 bed Level I Trauma Center (Part of a robust clinical network with our sister facilities in Destin, Panama City, and Port St. Joe, FL) Serving a population of approximately 500,000 Integrated referral network (largest employed primary care network in NW FL) Sacred Heart offers the regions only kidney transplant program, as well as physician residency programs to train the next generation of doctors in internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology. Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
