Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. This full-time role involves supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs while collaborating with educators, families, and community resources. Job Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective intervention strategies Support the development and implementation of student IEPs and 504 plans as needed Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and community organizations Travel between multiple school sites as required Qualifications Masters degree in Social Work required Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Support Personnel required Passing score on the Illinois Licensure Testing System (ILTS) Social Worker Test (Test 238) Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Previous school-based experience is a plus Benefits Weekly competitive pay Comprehensive vision, medical, and dental plans 401(k) with employer match CEU reimbursement Professional support and advocacy Employee assistance programs Compensation for this position ranges from $26.00 to $65.00.
