We're looking for motivated people who want more than just a paycheck. At EverDry Waterproofing, your effort is rewarded with hourly pay, uncapped commissions, & paid training.

 

As a Brand Ambassador you’ll play an important role in connecting homeowners with solutions that can improve the safety, value and longevity of their homes.

 

 

What We Offer

• $18-$25/hour base pay.
• Uncapped commission earning potential.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses.
• Paid training.
• Performance-based promotions and pay increases.
• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Full benefits after 90 days.

 

 

What You'll Do

• Represent the Everdry Waterproofing brand in local neighborhoods.
• Engage with homeowners and build positive first impressions.
• Educate homeowners about common basement, foundation, and water intrusion concerns.
• Schedule FREE, no-obligation basement inspections with our professional consultants.
• Generate qualified leads while helping homeowners learn about solutions available to them.
• Work toward personal and team goals while developing valuable sales and communication skills.
