Catholic Managed LTC Inc, part of ArchCare, seeks a Home Care Nurse Manager to lead clinical oversight for frail and chronically ill adults in NYC. The Nurse Manager supervises home care nursing staff, coordinates interdisciplinary care plans, and ensures safe, high-quality services across home and community settings. This role manages caseloads, monitors clinical outcomes, supports regulatory and quality compliance, and mentors staff in person-centered, mission-driven care. The Nurse Manager collaborates closely with physicians, social workers, and community partners to support elders living safely and independently at home.
