Fenton Home Furnishings is looking for motivated Sales Professionals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships and closing sales.

This isn't your typical retail sales job.

We sell high-quality American-made, Amish-made and customizable furniture to customers who value craftsmanship, quality and knowledgeable service.

$50,000–$80,000+ Earning Potential

This is a commission-based position where your earning potential is directly connected to your effort, sales ability and results.

Successful Sales Professionals have the opportunity to earn $50,000–$80,000+ per year, depending on performance.

Furniture Experience Is NOT Required

We'll teach you furniture. You bring the personality, work ethic and desire to succeed.

Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in furniture, automotive, mattresses, appliances, flooring, jewelry, cellular, home improvement, real estate, high-end retail or other commission-based sales.

No traditional sales experience? If you're ambitious, personable, competitive and coachable, we'd still like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships and identify customers' needs, style and budget
• Help customers select the right furniture for their homes
• Educate customers on quality, craftsmanship and customization
• Present value, handle objections and close sales
• Follow up to develop repeat and referral business
• Work toward individual and store sales goals
