IT Field Support Technician

IT Field Support Technician Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware and software. This position provides on‑site support for faculty and staff and may also include answering phone calls and emails. Qualifications Computer support experience and knowledge Prior customer service experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to carry up to 25 lbs. for short distances Candidates without computer experience will not be considered Compensation Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour, Scheduled Hours: 10 per week, Start Date: 08/25/2025, End Date: 05/29/2026 Legal Employment Requirements In adherence to the Immigration Control Act of 1986, all student employees must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I‑9) and present documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency.
