Nurse Extern

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Nurse Extern to join our Spine unit on a PRN basis. In this role, you will support RNs and the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to spine patients. Responsibilities include assisting with basic patient care, monitoring vital signs, documenting in the EMR, and supporting safe, efficient unit operations. Under RN supervision, you’ll gain hands-on clinical experience, develop critical skills, and contribute to a collaborative environment that values teamwork, respect, and professional growth as you prepare for a future RN role.
