Summary:

**Required Experience:** - Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience. - 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for, prior to travel assignments. - 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty applying for required; preferred to be within one location but not required. **Licensure:** - Must have an active Ohio license or an active compact state license in hand. - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. **Certifications:** - AHA BLS & ACLS required. - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS active with nothing pending. **Testing:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. **References:** - TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Must be nicotine free (except for Nurses and CSTs who are temporarily exempt). Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. - PBDS Assessment is waived. - Facility does not accept any license hits. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case.
