Registered Nurse Supervisor (Weekend Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff to promote professional development

- Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and shift reports

- Assist in staffing assignments and resource management to optimize workflow

- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and safety standards

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities

- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Flexibility to work weekend shifts and adapt to changing healthcare needs
