Job Responsibilities:

Provide 24-hour support and supervision for residents in a home-like setting.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Ensure residents safety, well-being, and overall quality of life.

Administer medications as directed and follow health and safety protocols.

Promote independence and engage residents in community and social activities.

Implement and follow personalized care plans tailored to residents needs.

Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and resident progress.

Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience in caregiving, group homes, or working with individuals with disabilities preferred (training provided).

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.

Must pass a background check and meet state regulatory requirements.

CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain).

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
