A growing regional company is looking for a vice president of operations to lead service delivery, operational performance, and scalable growth across the organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that client commitments are delivered consistently, teams are aligned, and operational processes support continued expansion.

The right candidate will be a strategic and hands-on operator who can manage leaders, improve systems, support client success, and partner with sales and executive leadership to strengthen the company's performance in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and long-term operational strategy across the assigned region
• Oversee service delivery, team performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Manage and develop operational managers and department leaders
• Partner with sales and client-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, reporting processes, and accountability systems
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, cost control, quality, and client retention
• Support planning for regional growth, staffing, capacity, and resource allocation
• Ensure teams are aligned with company standards, client expectations, and internal procedures
• Resolve escalated client or operational issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
