Job Description


A well-established, integrated healthcare network is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing, community-based primary care practice. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused position offering the opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive, team-oriented environment backed by a large, nationally recognized health system.


Physicians will have access to a comprehensive specialty network, advanced diagnostic resources, and modern electronic medical record systems to support high-quality, efficient patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using an integrated EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care optimization
• Provide patient education on preventive care and wellness strategies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and organizational standards
• Participate in on-call responsibilities (primarily phone-based, minimal burden)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted state medical license
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
