Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment delivering critical patient care during night shifts. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and adherence to industry standards for healthcare professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and record clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Possess valid state RN license; pending license acceptability with clear ETA.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications via AHA; CPI/CIC preferred.
• Bring at least 2 years of ER nursing experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
• Exhibit excellent clinical skills, communication, and adaptability.
• Be capable of floating within hospital units as needed.
