Physical Therapist Assistant Location: Boca Raton, FL Position: Physical Therapist Assistant Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $30-$36 per hour Benefits: Full benefits included + 21 days PTO We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Boca Raton, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This role supports patients as they complete treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist. As a PTA, you will guide patients through exercises, mobility activities, strengthening programs, and functional rehab sessions. Your work will help patients stay on track with recovery and continue making progress toward better movement and daily function. Schedule Options: Four 10-hour workdays Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities: Follow treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities Assist with strengthening, stretching, mobility, balance, and gait training Monitor patient response during treatment sessions Report patient progress or concerns to the supervising PT Reinforce home exercise instructions and proper technique Complete accurate daily treatment documentation Requirements Active Florida PTA License Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Comfortable working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting Benefits Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Full benefits included Bring your PTA experience to Boca Raton and help patients stay moving toward better recovery.
