Based in Chicago, IL with 4 offices nationwide, we’re a fast-growing plaintiff side law firm reshaping the industry. Our professionals enjoy true work-life balance - a collaborative, flexible culture that values your life outside the office - while serving some of the most sophisticated, high-quality clients in the country. We’re seeking a Wage & Hour Attorney with expertise in class action wage & hour cases who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance.
Responsibilities
- Litigate wage & hour class action cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and appear in court.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and hearings.
- Collaborate with team members while mentoring junior attorneys and staff.
Qualifications
- JD and active Illinois Bar membership in good standing.
- 3+ years of wage & hour and employment class action experience.
- Strong knowledge of Illinois labor laws, PAGA, and FLSA.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
