Business Development ManagerTo Provide Support to Business Development/Field Development Team. The Business Development Manager plays a key role supporting the Business Development Team and their overall success. Their primary responsibility will be to provide tracking and support of key business development programs as well as administrative support to the Director of Business Development and the Business Development Team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*A successful Business Development Manager satisfactorily performs these general categories of duties:Tracking and analytics of Business Development Team ProgramsAdministrative support to Director of Business DevelopmentRunning department reportsPromoting field trainings and callsOccasional field touch points to drive programsSupporting Home Office led Events (Logistics, etc.)Has discretion regarding day-to-day administrative duties within the scope of responsibility.Track and support all Business Development Field Programs including but not limited to:MeetupsAccelerated LeadershipAccelerated Leadership Master ClassManage Department Calendar through collaboration with key contributorsPublish and promote all field trainings and calls on social mediaDaily, weekly, monthly event recognition reportsSupport Home Office led events/Field Development/Business DevelopmentIBO Incentives/Programs tracking and executionIBO analytics (i.e. Quarterly IBO Surveys, focus groups, incentives/programs)Email DLs/lists/reports for Field Development run programsManage department calendar and facilitate all internal communicationsManage Accelerated Leadership and Master Class Tracking and AnalyticsManage Meetup Tracking and AnalyticsPublish and promote all field trainings and callsMiscellaneous Field/Business Development/ Field support1 This list is a summary and not inclusive of all essential duties.
