**Requirements:**

- Over five years of experience in fire protection contracting.
- Background in design, sales, project management, or field work.
- Strong track record in estimating and bidding processes.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- NICET certification is a plus.
