\n \nAs a Meat Cutter your responsibilities would include:
\n- \n
- Cutting fresh steaks by hand \n
- Reading prep sheet \n
- Following Texas Roadhouse specs \n
- Tracking product yield \n
- Setting up a meat display case \n
- Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment \n
- Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized \n
- Following storage and rotation procedures \n
- Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices \n
- Exhibits teamwork \n
