Foundation Communities in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure vacated apartments are restored to market-ready condition and to timely complete service requests. You will support Lead Maintenance when needed and may work at other Foundation Communities properties. The role requires 2–4 years of practical maintenance experience, including pools, plumbing and electrical knowledge, and being on call.
