We specialize in residential insurance restoration, retail roofing, and storm damage repairs. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who understands the insurance claims process and knows how to maximize legitimate claim value through proper documentation and supplementing.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative with a proven track record in insurance restoration sales. The ideal candidate has experience inspecting roofs, identifying storm damage, meeting with insurance adjusters, writing supplements, and seeing projects through from inspection to final payment.

This is not an entry-level sales position.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage roofing leads
• Perform residential roof inspections
• Identify hail, wind, and storm damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
• Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections
• Prepare and submit supplements using Xactimate pricing
• Review insurance scopes and identify missing or underpaid items
• Document projects with detailed photos and notes
• Coordinate with production to ensure smooth project completion
• Maintain customer communication throughout the claim process
• Collect contracts, color selections, and required documentation
• Assist with recoverable depreciation and final invoicing
• Represent Red Roofing professionally in the community

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience
• Experience working insurance restoration claims
• Experience writing and negotiating supplements
• Ability to read insurance estimates and identify omissions
• Knowledge of Xactimate pricing and roofing systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely

Preferred

• Xactimate experience
• Experience with Owens Corning and TAMKO roofing systems
• Familiarity with CompanyCam, DripJobs, or similar CRM software
