Key Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to secure high-quality diagnostic images for physician assessment
• Engage with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to guarantee accurate diagnoses and patient care
• Carefully position patients and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal results
• Uphold radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Keep accurate records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
• Provide thoughtful and compassionate care throughout the imaging procedure
• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment for imaging operations

Educational Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be a graduate of an accredited radiology program

Certification Needed

• Current ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or the ability to secure it within 90 days of hiring

Essential Skills

• Strong proficiency in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for communication with patients and healthcare teams
