Clinical Pharmacist ED Overnight

Position Highlights Work location: 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort. Worth, TX 76104. Hours: 8:30 pm – 7:30 am, Wednesday – Tuesday, 7 on 7 off overnight position. CLIAFE: must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency. PHAR- Pharmacist upon hire required. 3 years of hospital experience or residency preferred. Proficiency in written and verbal English, computer skills, and basic math. Responsibilities Communicate effectively, build positive professional relationships, and role model teamwork. Provide timely and accurate support of medication distribution, including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities. Provide clinical pharmacy services for safe and efficient patient care. Maintain the accuracy of one's own work, required competencies, and related documentation. Consistently support the department's quality improvement and patient safety programs and initiatives. Participate in ongoing professional development and growth. Manage one's own time and share the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs, reducing wastage, and discovering new process efficiencies.
