• Perform venipnctre n collect, prepre, n process lbortory specimens ccoring to lbortory reqirements.
• Monitor ptients ring IV infsions n respon ppropritely to chnges in ptient conition or potentil verse rections.
• Provie cler ection n instrctions to ptients regring their tretments, lbortory testing, n next steps in their cre.
• Crete clm, welcoming, n ressring experience for ptients, incling those who my feel nxios bot neeles, bloo rws, or IV plcement.
• Mintin ccrte n timely clinicl ocmenttion.

• Follow estblishe policies n proceres while helping strengthen systems s or clinic contines to grow.
