We are seeking a Social Worker (MSW/LSW) to join our team! Position is for the school year, from Sept-June 2027 and can lead to full-time employment. Candidate will have experience working with children; experience with school/pediatric counseling preferred. Supervision for clinical hours provided as part of job benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling for students under supervision of LCSW;
• Research local resources for at-risk families or families with Medicaid;
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties;
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs, as needed;
• Maintain accurate client documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous social work experience working with children and schools preferred;
• Compassionate and caring demeanor;
• Ability to build rapport with students;
• Ability to build collaborative teamwork with coworkers;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
