The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare system in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses for a newly expanded, state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower.

This is an opportunity to care for complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients while developing advanced clinical skills in a modern, high-acuity environment.

• Carefor complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients

• Collaboratewith interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomes
• Deliversafe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• ActiveRN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
• Interestin high-acuity or critical care nursing
• Strongclinical judgment and teamwork skills
• BLSrequired; ACLS preferred - training available if needed
• Newgraduates and experienced RNs welcome
