About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for Safe Production System (SPS) support. The successful candidate will be part of a central business improvement team, focusing on the delivery of the SPS roadmap and the integration of SPS standards and processes into the business. This role requires a commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and the ability to manage and deliver projects that ensure the future sustainability of the SPS. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for optimizing SPS practices, leading improvement initiatives, and providing assurance of SPS practices. Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to promote safety awareness and safe work practices. Candidates for this role at the company should have a background in business improvement, change management, or project management, with experience in operational excellence and project sustainability. The role also involves designing and delivering workshops, and supporting the development of capability, mindsets, and behaviors that drive a growth mindset. While not mandatory, lean experience, change leadership, and operational experience are highly regarded.
