The Garcia-Hitt Agency in Windsor, CO is hiring Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team!

ResponsibilitiesCreate insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
RequirementsQualifications for the Insurance Protege:
Obtain licensing for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a preferred
Proven track record of winning
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Intrinsically driven to be successful
150K in new business premium in a 12 month period
