Operations Technician

Operations Technician position at an animal health manufacturing facility in Worthington, Minnesota, supporting vaccine production through biologics fermentation, cell culture, filling, and freeze-drying operations. Role involves cleanroom work, equipment operation, and maintenance of production systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate steam sterilizers, filling lines, freeze dryers, and related production equipment
- Prepare, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Clean and disinfect cleanroom environments per protocol
- Monitor environmental conditions and document production activities
- Work in cleanroom garments and scrubs while performing manufacturing duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related field preferred
- Lab or biologics manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and procedures preferred
- Proficiency with equipment operation and computer literacy
- Ability to work variable shifts including weekends as needed
Compensation: $44,700 - $70,500
