Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced personal injury attorney to join their pre-litigation department in West Hollywood, CA. The role involves managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation, ensuring clients receive fair compensation for their injuries. Duties Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement. Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop case strategies. Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and settlement offers. Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Implement quality assurance measures to enhance pre-litigation processes. Provide supervision and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing. Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and other parties in personal injury cases. Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism. Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills. Physical presence required on-site at the West Hollywood office. EducationJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
