Quality Lead - Composite ManufacturingThe Quality Lead is responsible for performing quality operations in a composite manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards & customer requirements. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the Quality Management System, part compliance to customer specifications & completing dimensional inspections including FAI's.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily quality operations, inspections & audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 & Nadcap standards.Provide technical guidance for manufacturing, engineering & purchasing.Review & approve manufacturing instructions & process documentation.Interface with customers, suppliers & auditors regarding quality requirements.Monitor calibration, inspection records & internal audit processes.Knowledge / Skills RequiredComposite fabrication & process specification understanding.Proficiency with PCMM-Arm, laser tracker & dimensional inspection tools.Familiarity with quality system documentation, calibration, internal audits & supplier control.Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.Program ExperienceSpatial Analyzer, Catia V5, Net Inspect, Ideagen (Inspection Xpert), iTools.ERP systems (Global Shop Solutions preferred).MS Office Suite.Industry Standard ProficiencyAS9100Nadcap CompositesNadcap Chemical ProcessingAircraft manufacturers process & material specificationsITARPreferred Experience5 years in composite manufacturing quality.3 years inspection experience.US Citizenship or US Person Status required to apply. This is a full time hourly position with a benefit package including health, dental, vision & life insurance; 401K; paid vacation & sick leave.
