Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans for participants. Administer medications and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health. Provide nursing care and support for daily activities in a safe environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Educate participants and families on health management and wellness. Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate health records. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for participants and staff. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a geriatric or adult day health setting. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a passion for caring for adults. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
