Overview Now Hiring! Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant -COTA. PRN shifts available. Responsibilities Work as part of the therapy team under the guidance of an OT. Select therapy activities to fit Residents' needs and capabilities. Assist Residents in carrying out daily activities. Monitor Residents' performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement. Teach Residents how to use equipment to assist with daily function. Collaborate with the OT to establish a rehabilitation plan. Supervise Residents\' activities to ensure they are done properly. Report Residents\' progress to the OT. Handle administrative and clerical tasks for the therapy team.
