We're committed to giving children back their childhood!Job Posting Title:EMR Analyst IIILocation:Dallas - Shared ServicesAdditional Posting Details:Monday - Friday8:00am - 4:30pmJob Description:Coordinating and Leadership Functions:Provide regular status reports to management as requiredParticipate on committees as directedParticipate in customer discussion offering suggestions and recommendationsMaintain a positive image when dealing with deadlines and demanding, highly stressful situationsWork independently on all tasks, including but not limited to facilitation of both internal and external customer meetingsWork all levels of incidents and change orders independentlyAnalysis Functions:Analyze any customer-reported problems to determine corrective action and provide timely feedbackWork with all IT and Empower teams to identify appropriate solutions for various operational and technical needsIdentify the most appropriate methods for build and report distributionWork independently on all tasks, including but not limited to facilitation of both internal and external customer meetingsReporting Functions:Build and maintain Reporting Workbench reportsAnswer questions by interpreting data at a deeper level and providing actionable recommendationsDocumentation and Testing Functions:Ensure department documentation is at current levelsPreform application and integration testing for the assigned modulePerform validation testing with end users to gain operational acceptance and feedback to new build components/optimizationprojectsInterpreting Workflows Functions:Understand and analyze Epic workflowsAssist with translation of workflow based report requests to specific data points required for report developmentThird Party Applications Function:Support integration with third party applications, when applicableRequired Skills/AbilitiesBachelor's degree or commensurate experience in health care preferredMaster's degree preferredMinimum of 6 years of related experience in a hospital and/or hospital-based clinic environment is requiredApplicable Epic certification must be current or obtained within 12 months of employment or at the discretion of the managerA minimum of 6 years’ previous experience in the build, training, and support of the Epic Systems electronic health record suite is requiredWorking EnvironmentWorking Conditions: InsideWorking Position: SittingPhysical Demands: LightPhysical Requirements: Repetitive MovementAn Individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in this group: Up to 10lbsSensory/Communicative activities essential to the performance of this position: Feeling, Hearing, Seeing, SpeakingAn Individual in this position will be exposed to: Inside environment, #J-18808-Ljbffr Scottish Rite for Children
