MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 7:30 am ONWARDS, AND 'ON CALL' ON THE WEEKENDS. As a Jamba and Auntie Anne's Leader, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and product quality. Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly. Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are accurate and presented in a visually appealing manner, adhering to company standards. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain a sufficient supply of products. Training and Development: Train and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance their skills and contributions.
