Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Work directly with pre-qualified buyers and sellers from consultation through closingConvert provided leads into active clients and closed transactionsMaintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and structured workflowsDeliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat businessConduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective clientsManage pipeline, appointments, and daily schedule efficientlyParticipate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Ideal candidates will have: An active Georgia Real Estate License (required)Full-time commitment to a real estate sales careerStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence using CRM tools and digital systemsExcellent organization and time-management abilitiesA coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindsetA positive, solution-oriented attitude Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ Commission-Based
