Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel assignment, with Epic experience and the ability to float across multiple ICU units.

Details

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract
• CVICU and Neuro ICU patient populations; Burn ICU exposure possible
• May receive patient assignments at the Med/Surg or IMC level as needed
• Patients assigned within clinician's skill set
• Uses Epic EMR
• Required to float onsite within skill set, or to offsite locations within a 40-mile radius as needed
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Requirements

• Active WI or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS (both must be AHA-issued), NIH Stroke Scale
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Documents required for consideration: SSN, DOB, Driver's License, two professional references, skills checklist, copies of certifications, and license verification/Nursys

Additional Information

• CVICU and Neuro ICU experience is preferred but not required
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius (which varies by state) may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
