Associate, QC - Flow Cytometry + Cell Therapy

Title: Cell Therapy / CGT - Associate, QC Location: Greater Boston Area, MA (Onsite 4 days/week) Employment Type: Contract Status: Accepting Candidates About the role Join a Quality Control team supporting critical Cell Therapy / CGT testing activities for in-process, release, and stability samples. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on QC lab experience in regulated biotech environments. Key Responsibilities Perform QC testing using Flow Cytometry, qPCR, ELISA , cell counting, sterility, gram stain, and endotoxin (LAL) methods Execute testing of in-process, release, and stability samples following cGMP / cGDP standards Review raw data, document test results, and maintain accurate laboratory records Support QC data tracking, trending, and technical documentation activities Perform general laboratory and equipment maintenance Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while adhering to strict quality and compliance requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences 1–2 years of QC laboratory experience (relevant co‑op/internship experience considered) Hands‑on experience with aseptic technique and sterile laboratory practices Experience with biologics testing, cell-based assays, or Cell Therapy / CGT environments Knowledge of cGMP / cGDP documentation and regulated lab workflows Experience with Flow Cytometry, ELISA, or qPCR strongly preferred Compensation (MA Pay Transparency) Estimated hourly range: $28–$30/hr (W‑2).
