Director of Customer Data Strategy

Leading the consumer data strategy, the remote Director of Customer Data Strategy will manage a cross-functional team to convert raw metrics into actionable insights, ensuring high-quality customer information is accessible across the enterprise. Key responsibilities Design and execute the enterprise customer data roadmap while establishing standards for data quality and regulatory compliance Oversee research initiatives to analyze customer behavior and market trends, informing long-term business strategy Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leaders to integrate data-driven insights into various business strategies Required qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in data analytics, market research, or data management Minimum of 3 years in a direct team management role Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and advanced SQL Experience with enterprise BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Proven track record of navigating complex regulatory privacy standards like GDPR or CCPA Virtual Vocations Inc
